Fair rates with decent accomodations and breakfast included.
The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, everything around it is run down.

The entire staff, from housekeepers to front desk, were friendly and accomodating. Derick's warm cookies in the evening were outstanding. It was no trouble to extend our stay when our flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Sandra. They took very good care of us.

The breakfast was good. There was a loose toilet seat that I reported in the morning, which I was assured would be fixed. (I only stayed the one night.)
Nothing, really -

The decor was very outdated, and the carpets everywhere (our suite, lobby, hallways) were filthy. Our bedspread was stained. The couch was very old, no support and flattened cushions. The whole place could use a major update!

It was very nice and lovely rooms . rooms were clean and very comfortable.
Ist off I book the room and have booking number . then when I arrived the woman said I did not have a reservation so had to get another room . so I better not be charged twice when I get my credit card bill . then checkout is at 12 am . couldn.t get back in room at 11 am to get our luggage out of the room . ask girl at desk why the keys didn.t work anymore she told me checkout was at 12 I kept telling her it was not 12 oclock yet . very rude she got really smart with me and argued she said again checkout is at 12 I said its only 11;30 right now spent 30 minutes trying to get someone to open door to get my luggage . its like they were trying to push you out the door

Staff were friendly and helpful Convenient to the highway Breakfast was good and had convenient hours
The room wasn't very clean. We found a dead bug on the bedspread. Carpet looked like it needed major cleaning.

Location was good for shopping at Easton and Polaris. The room and breakfast was okay.
The carpet in the hallway was dirty and stained, The motel did not appear to be clean and in good repair. The pool did not appear to be clean; I could see something that appeared to be clumps of dirt in the bottom of the pool.

Economical and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
The hotel is a bit older and it shows in furnishings in room (stained chairs, couches, etc.) Also overall furnishings (Rooms, Chairs in breakfast room) look a bit run down (I.E. torn plastic on chairs in breakfast room almost ripped a whole in my hose . . .).

The staff was friendly.
Carpet and furniture was stained, freezer in refrigerator needed defrosted, there was about 2 inches of ice around it. The in-door pool was also cloudy.

Booked 2 rooms, only had 1 when we go there. After 1/2 hr at the front desk, finally got the 2nd room. Surroundings are not good...bad neighborhood. Hotel was ok, but very run down. Heard many complaints from other guests as well.

I had a problem with an iron. Ask for one from the front desk and it was broken as well. The desk clerk advised the new irons were locked up in the manager's office.

When we first got into our room the heater was not working, they came up to check it out and could not get it working, so they moved us to another room and up graded us to a suite. They were very friendly about it. Friends were with us and their room also was very cold, but once they turned the heat up it was nice and warm.
